Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Big Bow Baby. Each item is handcrafted with care, and we want every customer to feel confident and informed when placing an order. Please review our refund and return policies below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene/safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for review:
You must provide:
- Clear photos and/or videos of the damage
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number and full name
We will review the case, and if approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item or a store credit. We do not issue refunds unless required by law.
Please note: Damage caused by shipping carriers, mishandling, exposure to heat, or incorrect use of the product is not considered a manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages)
Once a package is handed to the carrier, Big Bow Baby is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Shipping delays
- Wrong addresses provided by the customer
Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
We do not issue refunds for carrier-related problems.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
5. Color, Variation & Handmade Disclaimer
Because each item is handcrafted:
- Slight variations in shape, size, or color may occur
- These variations are not considered defects

Colors may appear differently depending on screen and lighting
These differences do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
6. Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify, cancel, or combine it with another order.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
8. Final Decision
Big Bow Baby reserves the right to make the final determination on all replacement or store credit requests. Abuse of our policies may result in refusal of future service.
9. Orders Needed by a Specific Date / Rush Processing
Big Bow Baby is not responsible for orders that do not arrive by a customer’s desired date if the requested date falls before the stated turnaround time. All turnaround times are clearly listed and reflect the processing period required to handcraft each item.
If you need your order by a specific date that occurs before the standard turnaround time, you must purchase a Rush Fee (located in our menu). Rush Fees prioritize your order in production but do not guarantee shipping carrier speed unless you also select an expedited shipping method at your own cost. However, I will make sure to prioritize and ship in a timely manner that shows an early delivery date (but all delivery dates are estimates provided by USPS/UPS and are never 100% guaranteed).
Big Bow Baby is not liable for:
- Packages that arrive later than a customer’s preferred date when no Rush Fee was added.
- Any additional shipping fees required to meet a customer’s requested delivery date.
- Carrier delays once the package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or any other shipping provider.
If a Rush Fee is not added, the order will be processed under the standard turnaround time, and no refunds, cancellations, or compensation will be provided for missed dates.
