Welcome to Big Bow Baby (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and all purchases of Big Bow Baby products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

2. Products & Handmade Disclaimer

All Big Bow Baby items are handcrafted, which means:

 

  • Slight variations in shape, color, size, or pattern may occur.
  • These variations do not constitute defects.
  • Colors may appear differently due to screen or lighting differences.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.


3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Inventory limitations
  • Violations of these Terms

All payments must clear before your order is processed.


4. Processing Time

Processing times are estimated and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to supply constraints. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees or import taxes.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Due to the nature of handcrafted accessories and for hygiene/safety reasons:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is processed.

If an item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing issue:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photo/video evidence.
  • Replacement eligibility is determined at our discretion.
  • We do not offer refunds except where legally required.

 

7. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing, minimums, resale permissions, turnaround times, and exclusivity (if applicable) are governed by the Wholesale Agreement provided to approved retailers. Violations of that agreement may result in termination of wholesale privileges.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including product designs, names, text, images, branding, graphics, and website materials—is the exclusive property of Big Bow Baby and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute any content
  • Claim designs as your own
  • Use the Big Bow Baby name or images for marketing without written permission

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

 


9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services:

  • For unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • To interfere with or disrupt the website
  • To reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our products
  • To harass, abuse, or harm the Company or other customers

We may terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Big Bow Baby is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

All products and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

 


13. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Bow Baby from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:

  • Your use or misuse of our products
  • Your violation of these Terms

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.


 

 

15. Changes to Terms
