Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Big Bow Baby. Please review the following information regarding how your order is processed, packaged, and shipped.


1. Processing Time

Because all items are handcrafted with care, our processing times may vary.

 

Standard Processing Time:

5–14 business days (not including weekends or holidays)

Processing time may be extended during:

  • Sales + promotions
  • Holiday seasons
  • Restocks or large order volumes
  • Custom order periods

Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship through USPS (and occasionally UPS for large orders or wholesales).

Estimated transit times (after your order is processed):

  • USPS First Class: 2–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–4 business days
  • UPS Ground or 3-Day: 2–7 business days

These are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

 

4. Shipping Delays

Big Bow Baby is not responsible for any delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or any other carrier
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Staffing shortages
  • Customs or import processing

We cannot issue refunds for delays outside our control.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped or delivered, it is the carrier’s responsibility.

Big Bow Baby is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received
  • Packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If your package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier directly.

We do not refund or replace orders due to carrier-related issues.


 

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping information.

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer must pay for reshipment
  • No refunds or cancellations will be issued

We cannot modify addresses after an order has been submitted.

 

7. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight
  • Destination
  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


 

8. International Shipping

 

We currently ship to select international locations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • Delays caused by customs processing

Big Bow Baby is not responsible for packages held by customs.

 


9. Combined Shipping

Orders cannot be combined once placed.

Please double-check your cart before checking out.

 

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives physically damaged during transit:

  • Keep all packaging
  • Take clear photos of the box and product
  • File a claim directly with the carrier

We can assist by providing required documentation, but the carrier makes the final decision.

 


11. Wholesale Shipping

 

Wholesale orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on weight and size.

Processing and shipping times may differ from standard retail orders.
