Mesh comes down over the top of the hat to cover the face, but the hat can be rotated so that the mesh goes down the side of the face instead. 

The Hat is approximately 14 inches tall and 13 inches wide from one edge to the other. It fits baby/toddler sized heads and could fit smaller adult head sizes. (Fits heads about 15”-20” inches or so) 

It will ship in a box to avoid collapsing
